Hey Guys. Welcome to another Weekend Writing Warriors Saturday, or Sunday, whichever day you are reading this on. I hope you are having a blessed day and whatever writing adventure you are on is heading in the right direction.
As I wrote last week, I’m stepping away from snippets for awhile. So if you are seeing this, I hope you are willing to read an up date of what is happening over here. Currently, I am finishing up edits on The Five Barred Gate III. That should be completed some time this week. Then shelved for about a couple of weeks before I do a final read through then submitted to my publisher.
This is the final novel I have in my to be written file. I am not sure what comes next. I’ve neve found myself in this position. I have always had something to come. But with all my trilogies complete, I find myself at a loss. And I don’t feel led to write another Transference novel at this time.
I may delve back into Elissa’s world toward the end of the year given my financial situation will change a bit for the better. I have several books I have written for her and more activity books that I could possibly do. So, perhaps 2026 could be the year of Elissa. I already have one novel being released in October, The Transference II, then The Five Barred Gate III will be released in April of 2025, so it’s not like I wont have any book activity. So I will have those to promote.
In that time perhaps a new novel will strike me or a new dream will be had. God has a way of working things out. Even if it’s time to hang my hat and call it a career, I will be fine with that. I have a wonderful library to promote and God has been good to me.
